As day turns into night, Circus comes to life with various acts performing throughout dinner on the long marble table-cum-stage, which you can request to sit around.

The impressive Pan Asian fusion menu by Executive Chef Andrew Lassetter is constantly transforming, with mouth-watering highlights such as punchy chilli salt squid, lobster tempura, beef and foie gras gyozas and teriyaki steak.

The cocktail menu is equally impressive, crowned for its unique and kicking concoctions. For those of you who like a spicy twist to match such an exciting soirée, we recommend the Mystic Cactus, a perfect marriage between Mexican and Chinese flavours with a hint of chilli and a dash of lime juice. For those who prefer sweeter tropical flavours, the Beast of Byakko is a must. Made with Havana Anejo, Jamaican rum, guava juice and a tropical mix of papaya, peach and mango, this cocktail will have you dancing salsa on the tables in no time.
