Originally a cart barn belonging to a fruit farm, Medley’s Barn in East Sussex was converted into a rustic cottage with a spacious open plan living area full of floor to ceiling windows and a paved terrace, surrounded by a beautiful rural setting. It’s cosy interior and relaxing layout is the perfect environment to unwind in, perched on the edge of woodland and enveloped by surrounding fields.

The Duck Lodge in Kent is a charming little white weather boarded cottage surrounded by lush fields and orchards in The Weald near Sevenoaks. Its interiors have been completely refurbished and features exquisite french doors, light beams reaching across the ceiling and a wonderful terrace offering beautiful country views. Last but not least, Amors Cottage and it’s neighbouring little boutique shops and cafes in the beautiful valley town of Bruton in Somerset will remind you of Notting Hill and it’s unique charm. In the afternoon brave the stepping stones over the river Brue and hike up the hill to the internationally renowned Hauser and Wirth modern art Gallery. The cottage’s interiors are sumptuous and rich, mixing contemporary design with original vintage furniture and finishes: wooden floors, brick hearth, original wooden windows, exposed wood. The perfect getaway for country enthusiasts who love to explore and take the ocasional break in the authentic town pubs.
