Whether it's a fancy lunch or a landmark exhibition, the important thing is for you to do something together and celebrate motherhood and the influence of wonderful mothers in society. We've handpicked 5 of the best events in the capital for the first Sunday of March from a unique Italian-style experience at Daphne's, where Mum's will be treated to a day of flower arranging, Italian tile painting and a 3 course lunch, to Vogue's landmark exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery that tells the story of one of the most influential fashion magazines in the world.

Alternatively, take her to Clifton Nurseries and indulge her in an Omorovicza facial within the beautiful surroundings of London’s oldest garden emporium. The Hungarian skincare brand have created a facial especially for the event which has been inspired by the floral ingredients within our fragrance Bagatelle de Gabrielle. If you want to go for the classic chocolates and bubbly approach, why not take her to Barts' champagne and chocolate pairing class? The Prohibition-themed speakeasy has teamed up with luxury award winning  chocolatier Rococo Chocolates to create the perfect experience for mothers who love cocktails and chocolate in equal measures. If you're still not convinced by any of these, the mouth-watering meaty menu at Gaucho will definitely blow her away, and she'll be given a Raspberry Cosmo and a box of truffles on the house.
